Welcome to the 2017 RubberHedgehog Rubber Stamps Christmas Tree Ornament Challenge!
Entries must be post marked by November 30th, 2017 in order to be eligible for judging.
Welcome to our annual Christmas Tree Ornament Design Challenge. Our goal is to encourage and celebrate the original design of Christmas Tree ornaments made with our rubber stamps. Ornaments can be made from fabric, clay, paper, shrink plastic, plastic, "found objects," or really any other suitable materials you may have. To be eligible for the contest, you must use at least one RubberHedgehog Rubber Stamp to make your ornament and all rubber stamps used must be made by RubberHedgehog.com LLC.
Entering your handmade Christmas Ornaments:
To enter, you must send us your hand-stamped original Christmas tree Ornament along with a signed contest consent form. All ornaments entered becomes the property of RubberHedgehog.Com LLC., and may be used in part or in whole in future advertising campaigns, in our catalogs, and on our web site. All stamps used to create your ornament must be by RubberHedgehog.com LLC.
Entries must be post marked by November 30th, 2017 in order to be considered for this round - and must be accompanied by the information requested in our rules, below. Winners will be notified by email and will receive their prize-redemption codes at that time.
Entries will be judged based on originality, design, beauty, and the effectiveness of overall theme or mood.
Prizes:
We anticipate awarding prizes to one grand prize winner and to two first place winners. However, we reserve the right to award additional first place prize packages if the number and quality of entries warrant it.
One Grand prize winner:
Our grand prize winner will receive $100 in RubberHedgehog.Com store credit to be used within 12 months of the end of the contest.
Two First Place winners:
Our first place winners will receive $50 in RubberHedgehog.Com store credit to be used within 12 months of the end of the contest.
Honorable mention:
All honorable mention entrants will receive a free unmounted rubber stamp grab bag.
Disclaimers:
We anticipate this event proceeding as outlined above. However, we reserve the right to call off this event with no notice, should unforseen circumstances arise which we believe would hamper its successful completion. In this event, we will do our best to notify all entrants.
All ornaments sent to us becomes our property. We reserve the right to determine the use or non-use made of any and all entries, regardless of whether or not the entry is chosen to receive a prize.
By sending your ornament and entry information, you are agreeing to all the terms of this contest as outlined above.
We reserve the right to disqualify anyone sending ornaments that we find distasteful or inappropriate for any reason. Disqualified entries will not be posted to the web site. Employees of RubberHedgehog.Com LLC., and their families are ineligible for this event.
We are not responsible for miscommunication caused by typos or other errors that may be printed on this page. Any and all rules are subject to change.

Be sure to include the following:
- Your ornament (please package carefully for shipping - if you can hear it rattle when you shake the package, you need more packing material); please be sure you are not sending us anything irreplaceable. Ornaments will not be returned to you. Send as many ornaments as you like.
- Your name, full mailing address, email address, and phone number (I will not post your address, email address or phone number to the web site or share it with anyone without your permission). If you do not want your name published, let us know.
- Your written permission to use your ornament. Please print out and use the form here.
- The title for each ornament, along with a short description of any specific techniques used to create your ornament, including materials used.
